This is our newest family picture. I haven't had too much time to update and figure out our blog, but I took some time and I really want to keep up on it.

Papa Terry give us his tickets to the Rams game and we too Ethan(4) and Lucy(1 1/2). We didn't even last until half time, but it was fun with the kids.

E's first Rams game- Aug 2009

Thanks to Papa Terry, he gave up his seats to the Rams. So as a family we went for a bit. E kept saying baseball game and we had to correct him saying football game. He was saying cheese in this picture.

E loves popcorn! We got a hot dog and popcorn and he ate it right up. He was a bit more excited about the big tub of popcorn instead of the Rams game.

Ethan loves cheese and crackers. He was all about getting the very last bit of the cheese. The cracker wouldn't do, but his finger worked great!

All Star Game- July 2009

Thanks to Papa Terry, the guys got tickets to the All Star game. They had tons of things to do outside the game and they had to stand in line for a very long time. Ethan went in with them and after batting practice, he was ready to go home. So, the guys stayed at the game and me and E rode the metrolink home. Now, Ethan LOVES baseball!!! He always wants to wear his baseball shirt.

Trip to KC- July 2009

For July 4th weekend we went to KC to see Cari, Chad, and Logan. W had tons of fun and we went to see the KC Royals play the White Sox. This was Ethan's first baseball game. I wanted it to be at least a Cards game or the All Star game a few weeks later, but this was tons of fun! We watched the game and after was fireworks. Ethan and Logan thought that was too cool!!!

E's new big boy bed- May 2009

For E's birthday, grandma Kris and papa George got him a big boy bed for his room! He helped daddy put it together and he picked out Cars sheets. He started off good and now I think he might be a bit scaried of his big boy bed. Or maybe he knows that mommy and daddy's bed is way more comfy! We are working on sleeping in his room all night.

May 2009- Ethan's 2nd Birthday

I'm a bit of a slacker these days and haven't updated my blog lately. To date myself, Ethan's 2nd birthday was May 24th, 2009. The family cam over and this year we invited a few of our friends. He got alot of goodies and one of his favorite gifts was his 4-wheeler that he got from papa Terry. We did things backwards and opened gifts first so he wanted to ride his 4-wheeler instead of blowing our his candles and eat his #2 cake. Mommy made Elmo cupcakes for everyone with cherry filling! Yummy!!!

Shawna's baby shower-May 2009

Everytime that I ask Ethan if Aunt Shawna and Uncle B are going to have a boy baby or a girl baby, he always says a girl baby. We will see the end of July!

Having fun with placemats-May 2009

I was cooking dinner one night and setting the table. E wanted to help. Cloe and Josie just took a huge drink of water so the kitchen floor was full of water. E almost slipped so I cleaned it up. Ethan went to the china cabinet and got the placemats out and put them right next to the dog water so we wouldn't slip again. Instead of just one he got all of them out and filled the kitchen floor with placemats. He was so proud of himself! I told him to pick them up and put them away and he moved into the living room with them. Every so often, if he is bored, he will get all the placemats out to play with them.

Ethan got colors, markers and stickers for his b-day last year and for Easter. He colors all the time and we send it out to all the aunts and uncles and the grandpartents. Just let him know if you want one!

Ethan loves to snuggle in the morning with mommy when she is off of work. He snuggles with his blankie, Bo(his favorite puppy dog that uncle Matt and aunt Gayle gave him for Valentine's day). And of course is "B" (binky).

E was so excited to put all his toys in the tub at the same time. He wanted me to take a picture of him and send it to everyone. He is such a ham!

New Swimsuit! May 2009

Ethan got a new swimsuit from Grandma Kris. It will be great this summer in our pool. Last year he was small enough that he was put into a floaty and now this year, he is all over the place!He got so excited that he didn't want to take it off. He is showing you that there is a cool fish swimming on his suit. So much for E getting a tan this summer!

Ethan LOVES to go outside! Every time he goes outside, he screams whenever he needs to come inside. He loves to watch Cloe and Josie chase the balls. And of course he loves to dig and play in the dirt! Just how a boy should be. If I tell him that his hand is dirty, we have to go inside right away to clean his hands. E loves to ride in the stroller and take walks to PaPa Terry's house and to Nani's house.

He loves to play on Nani's deck and throw rocks in her pond. Nani doesn't like E throwing rocks in her pond too much. Thanks to uncle Matt.

Time Out!

I was a mean mommy this morning, but we had to try out the new time out chair that we got from Logan. Max passed it to her and now Logan has given it to us to use.

E kept trying to unplug and plug everything today. I told him no and he wouldn't listen. So I made him sit in the time out chair. He hated it!!!

Ethan love when Logan come home from KC. He love his cousin Logie. Logan came over to E's house a few weeks ago and played in his tent in his room. Logan came up to me and asked-Aunt Crissy, can I see E's room? So I took them both upstairs and they had tons of fun playing together! After they plyed alot, Logan wanted to go downstairs and I told her to wait a minute and she told me,-We are locked up in a cage. We need to get out!

E never gives a real kisses. He only puts out his cheek so we can kiss him. He gave me one real kiss on the lips on my birthday which I thought that was so sweet and when Logie can to town. All weekend, he gave her hugs and real kisses all the time. XOXO

Ethan's First Haircut! Feb 2009

I got Ethan's first haircut the other day. I thought that he would scream and throw a fit, but he was so good! He surprises me sometimes. I am glad we had to wait a bit because I was making him excited about getting a haircut. When it was his turn, he wanted to get into the chair and he didn't want to put the cape on, but then the lady offered him a sucker and then he stood still until she was done. I was a crazy mom and took tons of pictures. She did't take too much off so I got his haircut again last night and he wanted to sit on my lap this time and I got my haircut first thinking that it would go better for him to see mommy go first. This time, she cut off alot and now he looks like a little man. Too cute! She used the clippers on him around his ears and everytime she got close, he would scrunch up his nose. It was so cute. After she got done with the cut, she gave him a sucker and a faux halk. He was too cool and he knew it!

First big snow @ our new house

We moved into our house in April 2008. I wanted to take some pictures of the first big snow in our house. Cloe and Josie love to play in the snow and Ethan wanted to. We love the snow, but can't wait for Spring and Summer to enjoy our deck and pool. Hopefully it doesn't rain all summer like last year!

Helping Daddy build a fire

E loves to help daddy build fires! He grabs lots of wood from the garage. He is also very good about standing back from the fire when daddy tells him to back away. I didn't know, but Noah had the same big stick that was the perfect size for Ethan and didn't tell me so... the one time that I was incharge of the fire, E's wood was the first to go in. All the other wood that we have is all huge-too big for E. I can hear a fit coming very soon.

E found his mittens today and he wanted to wear them very badly! He played in them and tried to snack on his blueberries with them. He screamed and through a fit when I took them off of him because his hands were sweating.

Christmas Favorites

E loves playing with his cars! I think his favorite gift that he got for Christmas was a huge truck that holds cars that he got from papa Terry. He loves to sit on it and he thinks that he is very c00l! E got lots of neat things for Christmas. The other favorite thing that he got for Christmas was his cool Nike Shoxs that he got from Uncle Matt & Aunt Gayle. Right when E opened them, he wanted to put them on and never wanted to take them off. He loves to wear them all the time!
